Marketing Manager

Location : New York City Office

Role Overview

Ninth Wave is seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to lead and execute our B2B marketing initiatives across digital channels, events, content, and sales enablement. This is a highly visible role that works cross functionally with leaders, sales, and external partners to drive brand awareness and lead generation. The ideal candidate will have a track record of successfully translating strategy into marketing campaigns that meet the Company goals. This role reports to the Chief Operating Officer.

Responsibilities

• Lead digital marketing campaigns, including email, organic / paid social, and search engine marketing (SEO / SEM).
• Optimize SEO / SEM performance to reduce CPL and improve conversion rates.
• Create compelling content such as case studies, blogs, white papers, and industry reports to engage our B2B audience.
• Develop sales enablement materials, including collateral, presentations, playbooks, and training guides.
• Drive email and social campaigns that increase qualified leads
• Own event marketing strategyplan, manage, and execute trade shows and custom events, including booth logistics and vendor coordination.
• Manage corporate communications, including website updates, media outreach, and PR initiatives.
• Analyze performance metrics (e.g., ROI, CPC, CPL, SEO) and use insights to continuously optimize campaigns.
• Manage the marketing budget, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and efficiency in spending.
