Event Captain Manager

As the Event Captain Manager at The Aviator Events Center and Pub, you will play a crucial role in delivering welcoming service and ensuring outstanding experiences for our guests.
You will be responsible for overseeing the event team, providing direction, and delegating tasks in a timely manner. Your attention to detail, professionalism, and excellent communication skills will be essential in coordinating events, handling food, keeping glasses filled, and maintaining a polished atmosphere.
Additionally, you will be involved in the set-up and breakdown of events, including arranging table placements and managing the dance floor.
Requirements :
- Must work Sunday events
- Must have excellent customer service, patience, and politeness.
- Able to communicate in a professional and adequate manner.
- Able to speak and understand English.
- Team player- Being a team player is necessary.
- Basic knowledge of food presentation, preparation, and handling
- Able to carry heavy trays (20-25lbs. at least)
- Able to work in a fast and professional manner.
- Prior experience as a restaurant server, waiter, waitress, wait staff, host, runner or another front of the house highly desirable.
