We are currently seeking an experienced Sheet Metal Superintendent to join our team. This is a traveling position requiring frequent statewide and nationwide travel to oversee commercial and industrial HVAC sheet metal installations. Per diem is provided and varies based on project location.

Pay Range : $32 - $45 per hour, depending on experience
Per Diem provided for all travel assignments; rate varies based on project location.
Work Hours : A typical work week consists of 50+ hours.

Valid driver's license with an insurable driving recordMinimum of 5 years of commercial or industrial sheet metal experienceAt least 2 years in a supervisory or lead roleProficiency with rectangular duct, spiral ductwork, and roof curb equipmentStrong ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and mechanical plansProven leadership skills with the ability to manage crews, subcontractors, and project schedulesWillingness and ability to travel frequently, both in-state and out-of-stateExcellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
