Nature Of Work
Under supervision performs work of moderate difficulty in assisting and shadowing in related field; performs related work as assigned. After incremental training in the apprentice position, employee will be able to demonstrate the ability to assist and work independently, autonomously, and consistently perform job duties. This is a Limited Appointment position with the end date of June 30, 2026.

Essential functions of this position include : sitting for computer entry, typing, answering telephones, etc; working with and around other staff, administration, and citizens, etc; dealing with interruptions; repetitive motion (hand / wrist) for computer and phone work; vision acuity (near / far); hearing and speech for ordinary conversation; touch and finger dexterity for using telephones and computers.
Minimum Qualifications
High School Diploma or G.E.D., a desire to work within specific program and one year of previous work experience in any industry OR, any equivalent combination of education, training and experience which demonstrate the ability to perform the duties of the position. This position is non-exempt from overtime.
Preferred Qualifications : Bilingual in Navajo or Spanish. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills with attention to detail, exceptional patience, as well as be dependable and provide exceptional customer service to all stakeholders.
