Data Analysis / Reporting Skills (Basic SQL / Excel for BA tasks)

Exposure to Agile Metrics (Velocity, Burndown, Cumulative Flow)

Understanding of UI / UX wireframes & process flows

Experience in conducting UAT & Client Demos

Roles & Responsibilities :

Act as a Scrum Master to drive Agile ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives).

Collaborate with business stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document requirements.

Manage and refine the Product Backlog ensuring alignment with business goals.

Identify and resolve team impediments, risks, and dependencies.

Maintain Agile metrics to provide transparency on team performance.

Facilitate communication between development teams and business stakeholders.

Support QA teams during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure deliverables meet business expectations.
