The Opportunity

With increasingly complex building designs, expanding regulations, and dwindling resources, the demand for solutions purposely built to track the progress of building systems and equipment continues to grow.

As a result, the adoption of Facility Grid’s products is rapidly expanding, offering an enormous untapped growth opportunity for a professional sales executive.

Facility Grid seeks a talented, hardworking, self-motivated, and proactive sales executive skilled at selling SaaS solutions to business executives.

The role requires an experienced hunter with enterprise sales experience and a history of achievements developing business at an Executive Level.

The sales executive's responsibilities include :

  • Managing existing subscription accounts to exceed client expectations.
  • Nurturing and growing existing accounts.
  • Generating leads and developing a book of business within target markets (Commercial General Contractors, Trade Partners, Owners, Universities, and Engineering companies).
  • Exceeding sales targets.

What You ’ ll Do

  • Follow proven sales strategies to develop new business.
  • Source new prospects and leads at the Executive Level.
  • Contact potential and existing customers on the phone, LinkedIn, email, and in person.
  • Maintain a working knowledge of product capabilities and new features.
  • Deliver presentations and demonstrate Operational Readiness software.
  • Execute a proven sales process, prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and close new customers.
  • Handle customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.
  • Develop and maintain a CRM database of business activities and an accurate pipeline of forecasted opportunities.
  • Meet monthly sales targets.
  • Participate in sales team meetings.

What You Need to Succeed

  • Minimum 3+ years proven track record of B2B sales experience in a hunter / account management role.
  • Prior experience selling SaaS software or business solutions to the commercial construction sector.
  • Familiarity with the field of construction and / or facilities operations.
  • Ability to uncover business issues to identify and articulate ROI derived from Facility Grid's products.
  • Proven success establishing relationships at all levels of an organization, including closing sales with senior leadership sign-off.
  • Self-starter, sharp, highly motivated, detail-oriented, and well organized with strong follow-up ability.
  • Articulate communication, writing, and presentation skills with top-notch customer service approach.
  • Ability to forge and maintain loyal business relationships.
