Appointment Setter REMOTE Full-time and Part-time
Were looking for an Appointment Setter tojoin our team and help us make appointments with our clients. Youllbe responsible for setting up appointments keeping track of ourclients schedules and making sure that were meeting their needs.

Duties :
- Createmodify and maintain appointment settingdatabases
- Effectively develop a prospectpipeline contact visitors by phone or email and set up appointmentswith qualified prospects
- Make followup calls toprospects to confirm appointments
- Maintain aprofessional and courteous phone manner
- Ensurethat appointments are scheduled at a convenient time foreveryone
- Work with management to setappointment times that are convenient forall
- Track leads and contacts make notes for thepurpose of followup calls and compilereports
- Maintain and update databases toinclude new contacts phone information and appointmentdates
- Uses computer database to manage contactsand appointments
- Reviews appointment schedulesand other reports to determine if contacts have been followed upon
- Maintains a professional and courteous phonemanner
- Assists with office processes to includegeneral office duties
- Responsible for preparingand maintainingfiles
Responsibilities :
- Recommendssales opportunities and develops new sales leads reaching out tocurrent and prospective customers by telephone and in person togenerate new sales
- Compiles sales informationincluding historical sales prospect lists and territory salesactivity
- Conducts research to identify primaryand secondary customers and generates newleads
- Meets with clients and prospects tounderstand their specific needs andconcerns
- Conducts presentations of our productsand services and negotiates salesagreements
- Maintains a thorough knowledge ofall products and services
- Meets sales goals bygenerating qualifying and following up onleads
- Meets monthly and weekly salesquotas
- Meets daily and weekly productivitygoals for minimum call time scheduled appointments and appointmentsset
- Prepares reports (e.g. call reports andsales reports)
- Attends industry trade shows andother networkingevents
RequirementsAnd Skills :
- Bachelorsdegree in business finance or a related field
- 3years experience with revenue generation
- Strongcommitment to efficiency and quality servicestandards
- Knowledge of financial productsproducts and procedures and ability to explain complex financialconcepts to a potential client
