Key Responsibilities
Configure and monitor alerts, Slack routing, and reporting for customer signals
Validate, clean, and categorize incoming feedback to ensure data accuracy
Build and maintain technical workflows to standardize insights delivery
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field, preferred
Familiarity with customer feedback, ticketing, or analytics platforms
Experience translating technical workflows into clear documentation
Ability to work independently while knowing when to seek guidance
Bonus : Experience with feedback platforms like Medallia or unitQ
