We're looking for a driven Sales Executive to help grow our presence in the corporate and government markets. This role is responsible for developing new business, managing client relationships, and delivering strategic solutions that drive revenue and long-term partnerships.
The right candidate is consultative, relationship-focused, and motivated by results. You understand how to navigate complex buying processes, connect with decision-makers, and move opportunities from prospect to close.
Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue goals
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in corporate and government sectors
Build strong relationships with C-level executives, project managers, and procurement teams
Lead the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing
Collaborate with internal teams including design, project management, and customer service to deliver seamless solutions
Maintain accurate CRM records, account plans, and pipeline updates
Represent the company at networking events, industry functions, and client meetings
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments
Bachelor's degree preferred (Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field)
3–5 years of B2B sales experience
Experience in furniture, design, real estate, construction, or related industries preferred
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills
Excellent communication and presentation abilities
Experience using CRM systems and managing a sales pipeline
Ability to travel locally up to 50%
Entrepreneurial mindset and self-starter attitude
Experience working with government contracts or public sector clients
Familiarity with the Triangle and Eastern North Carolina markets
High energy, resilient, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
