Job Overview :
Midwestern IT Inc. is looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team. This role involves analyzing current business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and providing actionable, data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to understand requirements and convert them into clear functional specifications.
Key Responsibilities :
- Partner with stakeholders to identify business needs and process improvement opportunities
- Collect, document, and validate business and functional requirements
- Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications for technical teams
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for internal and external stakeholders
- Support user training and change management initiatives
- Conduct testing and validation to ensure proposed solutions align with business goals
