The Director Admissions Operations, under the supervision of the Assistant Vice President or above, provides leadership and guidance to Enrollment Services and the University community regarding admissions application collection and review processes with a dedication to helping the University achieve its enrollment goals. Job Function : Responsible for daily management of the Enrollment Services Processing unit. Supervise all staff and oversee unit training. Provide oversight of workflows for admissions and the University community. Hire, supervise and evaluate support staff. Provide oversight for and enhance office workflow processes to ensure accuracy of data input into the system. Ensure the staff understands and upholds the Enrollment Services and University brand promise. Coordinate processing staff coverage for Enrollment Services functions. Lead cross-functional teams and manage change in complex environments.
