What You'll Do

• Provide accurate, professional assistance via phone and written communication.
• Resolve inquiries on the first contact whenever possible, ensuring customers feel heard and valued.
• Document all interactions thoroughly for tracking and improvement.
• Contribute to team and organizational goals with a proactive mindset.
• Escalate issues appropriately and maintain professionalism in all situations.
• Manage multiple tasks effectively, prioritizing to meet deadlines.

What We're Looking For

Pay Details : $20.00 to $22.00 per hour
