Woodshop: Manufacturing Fixture/Cabinet Assembly Operator

Hobby Lobby Stores Inc. is currently looking for a Fixture Assembly Operator to join our Manufacturing / Wood Shop Department.
This department builds the fixtures and cabinets for all the Hobby Lobby stores. On-site training is available.
Work schedule is Monday - Friday, hours are 6 : 00am to 2 : 30pm.
Starting wage $18.50 an hour!

This full-time position is located at the company's Manufacturing building in Oklahoma City.
Function :
- Follow established procedures that guide and support a highly organized process
- Maintain a strong daily work pace in order to maximize team efforts
- Demonstrate a cooperative manner and the desire to promote good team interaction
- Display commitment to follow all company policies and procedures
- Consistently practice reliability and the willingness to assist others as needed
NOTE : Lifting and physical effort is required for gathering materials in a warehouse environment. (50Lbs +)
Requirements
- Ability to handle merchandise up to 10 feet long and 50 lbs.
- Ability to walk and stand 8 hours per day
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced environment
- Possess good math skills and ability to read a tape measure
- Comfortable working with nail / staple guns and other power tools
- Willingness to rotate job assignments
- Ability to work on an assembly line
- Comfortable working with large machinery
- Good attendance is required
- Reliable transportation is required
- Good listening and communication skills
- Experience is a plus
