In this role, you are accountable to maintain a safe, healthy, reliable, and operational workplace for Enbridge owned and leased buildings within a defined geographic area. You will be the primary 'single point of contact' to support Enbridge clients, EHS, Operation and local JHSC understanding their requirement to provide facility solutions.

What You Will Do

• Manage operating, maintenance and construction activities completed through our Facilities Management program and external vendors that ensures services are responsive and cost effective; including routine maintenance to complex projects as it relates to building facilities
• Responsible for providing customer service that supports business, employee and departmental needs and initiatives while maintaining a safe, healthy, functional workplace.
• Responsible for developing and tracking Capital and Operations & Maintenance budget and forecasts for facility portfolio
• Provide emergency response to facilities issues i.e., electrical, security, life, fire and safety alarm systems
• Oversee inspecting, repairing, and maintaining light industrial and commercial air conditioning, heating, and refrigeration equipment for large buildings including automated building management systems (such as Tridium and Siemens).
• Formulate strategic business plans, action plans and deliver business previews to Leadership

Physical Requirements

Grasping, kneeling, light moderate lifting (objects up to 20 pounds), reaching above shoulder, repetitive motion, typing, sitting, standing, visual requirement (able to see screens, detect color coding, read fine print), hearing requirement and the ability to sit at a computer for long periods of time.

Mental Requirements

Ability to : understand, remember and apply oral and / or written instructions or other information, understand complex problems and collaborate / explore alternative solutions, organize thoughts and ideas into understandable terminology, organize and prioritize work schedule on a short-term basis, make decisions which have moderate impact on the immediate work unit and monitor impact outside this area, understand and follow basic instructions and guidelines, complete routine forms, compose letters, outlines, memoranda and basic reports and communicate with individuals via telephone.
