Responsibilities :

• Administer and maintain the BigID platform, ensuring its availability, performance, and security.
• Configure and customize the BigID platform to meet organizational data governance and privacy requirements.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement necessary updates and patches.
• Support internally developed applications, ensuring their optimal performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with development teams for deploying new features and updates.
• Manage hardware infrastructure supporting the applications, including upgrades and replacements.
• Plan and execute application upgrades with minimal service disruption.
• Test and validate new application versions before deployment.
• Identify and remediate security vulnerabilities in BigID and other applications.
• Implement security best practices and ensure compliance with organizational policies.
• Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations and procedures.
• Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders.
