Senior Manager, Product Management : Premium Products & Experiences

Premium Products & Experiences creates brand defining offerings for Mainstreet, Upmarket, and Premium customers that drive sustainable growth for our business. Within PPX, the fast-growing Capital One Travel team seeks to transform the way customers book travel. Our mission is to grow and develop our product into an industry leading travel booking platform that delivers unique, differentiated benefits to our millions of customers while also powering the headline marketable benefits of our credit card products.
In this role, you will sit at the forefront of Travel Growth, leading Marketing Delivery Strategy & Execution, including things like the build-out of an ecosystem of personalized, triggered messaging and helping us evolve the range of capabilities in our marketing toolkit that we can leverage to drive deeper loyalty and customer stickiness. You will serve as a lead strategist in partnering with Travel Tech to determine how we can advance our infrastructure to become even more sophisticated and efficient in making groundbreaking customer-facing campaigns come to life. You will also spearhead Travels efforts to innovate and accelerate the operational pace at which we can launch campaigns.
In this role, you'll be expected to demonstrate proficiency in four key areas :
Human Centered
- You'll partner closely with Business Analysts, Marketers, Horizontal Product, and Tech (across Travel and Card) to understand and influence the holistic Growth vision of the business
- You'll convert this understanding into a coordinated and thoughtful path to evolve the suite of capabilities that underpin our shared marketing vision
Business Focused
You'll oversee the build and execution of complex, cross-functional campaigns that power Travel-related experiences that leverage our marketing infrastructureYou'll own and prioritize the long-term (12-18 months) product roadmap to deliver on business outcomes, working closely with a cross-functional team to ensure that all the right resources are aligned to ensure that and your team will be successfulYou'll define KPIs for your product and will be responsible for measuring and tracking to those measures, with an eye to adjusting and refining your roadmap as the data dictatesTechnology Driven

At least 5 years of experience working in Product ManagementAt least 2 years of people management experienceCurrently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date :A Bachelors Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field)A Masters Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) or an MBA with a quantitative concentrationPreferred Qualifications :
Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital productsExperience with leveraging data infrastructure to enable customer-facing experiencesTravel industry and / or marketing experience a plusThis role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and / or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
