JOB SUMMARY:
In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in developing and leading our customer marketing and social proof program for the groundbreaking Intuit Enterprise Suite (IES), aimed at transforming the ERP market. Your efforts will focus on establishing effective procedures and initiatives to cultivate a substantial collection of customer success stories in collaboration with Sales and Customer Success teams. This position involves direct engagement with customers to uncover their experiences, further utilizing this information to assist in the creation of marketing materials like case studies, blogs, and testimonial videos.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Lead the development of the customer marketing and social proof program for the Intuit Enterprise Suite.
- Collaborate closely with Sales and Customer Success teams to identify and engage IES advocates who match our strategic objectives.
- Engage directly with customers to collect and articulate their success stories.
- Partner with other marketing teams to produce compelling case studies, blogs, and testimonial videos.
- Establish and maintain processes to generate a consistent pipeline of customer success content.
Must Have Skills
- Proven expertise in Customer Marketing and Social Proof strategies.
- Strong Program Management abilities.
- Excellent skills in Cross-Functional Collaboration.
Industry Experience:
- Prior experience in ERP market solutions or similar technology-focused B2B marketing roles is highly preferred.
- This position offers a hybrid work setup based out of MTV. The hiring process will be concise, consisting of a single 60-minute conversational interview focusing on candidates' experiences.
