Our flagship location in Phoenix offers onsite detoxification and residential treatment programs, a partial hospitalization program (PHP), and an intensive outpatient program (IOP).

Facilities Maintenance Technician General Purpose : The Facilities Maintenance Technician is responsible for managing the physical plant including maintenance and grounds keeping while maintaining compliance with all applicable codes, standards of government regulatory agencies, while working alongside the Director of Plant Operations.
This person wiill perform a variety of tasks such as painting, carpentary, plumbing, electrical, light HVAC, test and inspections of physical plant equipment, preventative maintenance and various janitorial duties with minimal supervision

Qualifications
Requirements :
- High school graduate or equivalent
- 2 years of technical or trade school preferred
- Must have a valid driver's license and agree to a Motor Vehicle Driving Record check as part of the background check. And that record must be in good standing.
- Completion of BLS & First Aid Certification, within days of employment
- Completion of Crisis Prevention and Intervention (CPI) Training, within days of employment
- Experience in operating a variety of hand / power tools and equipment ensuring proper safey precautions
- Understanding of Ohm's Law and refrigeration theory
- Experience in the area of building maintenance and basic mechanical engineering
- Experience with reading blueprints and understand Life Safety Code and OSHA Regulations
