Senior Civil Engineer / Project Manager - Structural

Role Description : Huitt-Zollars, Inc has full-time opportunity for a Senior Project Manager for our Denver office with at least 10 years of Project Management experience with structuralclients. Must be registered in Colorado as a Professional Engineer.

Duties :

• Work as a member of multi-discipline project team in the design and development of projects
• Collaborate with, and act as a resource for, Huitt-Zollars in a multi-discipline office. This includes conducting meetings with clients, internal disciplines and or contractors and their subs
• Design and analyze structural systems for low-to high-rise buildings
• Coordinate and delegate tasks between multiple disciplines and attend regular meetings
• Effectively mentor young engineers and assist in their development
• Assist and work with senior staff to develop project budgets and proposed fees
• Review shop drawings, perform field inspections, and facilitate the construction administration process
• Demonstrate competency in all project phases
• Perform quality reviews of engineering plans for completeness and engineering accuracy

Annual Base Salary Range : $173,000-$202,000 and up depending on experience and qualifications of the selected candidate(s). The expected salary range for this position is displayed in accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act. The final agreed upon compensation is based on the success candidate's individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. The total annual compensation package will consist of a base salary and consideration to participate in our discretionary annual bonus incentive program.
