Responsibilities

Ideal candidate would be passionate about serving our clients on a variety of site development projects including commercial and institutional land / site development. Experience with project types outside of our current portfolio is a plus. Additional characteristics of the ideal candidate include :

Management of land / site development projects, including technical design, quality control, and project management

• Business development activities and assignments concentrated in a specific target area
• Project client interface
• Financial management of projects
• Working with the team to set goals to meet business objectives
