Position Overview
The Customer Service Agent (Seasonal Support) plays a vital role in delivering an elevated and seamless experience to our online clients during peak season. This role supports Diptyque's e-commerce operations by responding to customer inquiries across multiple channels, resolving issues with care and efficiency, and embodying the brand's commitment to luxury service. The ideal candidate is client-centric, solution-oriented, and passionate about creating meaningful interactions.
This is a remote role with flexibility to attend in-person trainings and events at our NYC office.

Schedule : Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm | Holiday availability required
