Job description

Our client, a leader in gas & electric utility services, is hiring an Operations / Administrative Coordinator to join their team in Columbus, OH!

This is a 2-month W2 contract with benefits

As the Operations / Administrative Coordinator , you will support to the Gas Operations Integration Center , ensuring timely preparation and execution of operational work , maintaining administrative efficiency , and supporting internal and external customers.

Responsibilities :

  • Work Order Management : Create, update, and execute work orders in DIS and SAP systems.
  • Administrative Support : Perform general office duties such as correspondence preparation, documentation handling, and file management.
  • Software Utilization : Use Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for daily tasks, and communicate through Lotus Notes email
  • Customer Service : Provide professional and responsive support to both internal teams and external stakeholders.

Desired Skills :

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Demonstrated history of delivering strong customer service
  • Familiarity with the utility or energy industry
  • Experience using DIS Salesforce, Lotus Notes, and SAP systems
