Meyer Utility Structures, an Arcosa subsidiary, is searching for a Facilities Technician for our plant located in Ft. Worth, TX.
The Facilites Technician performs custodial duties in a manufacturing and office environment. Responibilites may include janitorial, common area minor maintenance throughout building interiors and / or exteriors.

Must be able to work : am : pm, Monday Friday with weekends as necessary.
What You’ll Do :
- Perform facilities repairs and maintenance, such as plumbing, painting, drywall, carpentry, flooring, hardware, and other related tasks
- Ensure our grounds and facilities are picked up and free from debris and trash at all times
- Operate lawn and yard equipment around our facility as needed
- Operate shop cleaning / sweeping equipment and machinery
- Operate forklifts to relocate trash bins and other items around the facility
- Ensure all shop trash receptacles are emptied out as many times as needed throughout the day
- Ensure cleaning materials are kept in stock and in place where needed
- Sweeps, vacuums, mops floors throughout the office building, as needed
- Perform special projects and tasks, as needed
- All other duties as needed and assigned
What You’ll Need :
- A minimum of year of relevant experience in facilities maintenance or a related field
- Previous experience in residential / commercial construction and / or remodeling is a big plus
- Previous experience in a heavy industrial manufacturing environment is preferred, but not required
- The ability to maintain good attendance
- The ability to maintain reliable and predictable good attendance
- A high level of dependability, a great attitude, and an ability to work well with a team towards achieving a common goal
