JobDescription :
This positioninvolves comprehensive reporting and adept navigation of themaintenance CMMS system. Duties include conducting preventivemaintenance and repairs on HVAC systems electrical systemsgenerators and all facilities equipment.
Compliance with LOTOprocedures and adherence to Red Tag Permit Instructions from theinsurance company are crucial aspects of the role.
The facilitiestech troubleshoots various building infrastructure systems andensures that preventive measures meet safety standards.
Monthlyinspections on production equipment and replacement parts areconducted regularly. Collaboration with building management may berequired for facility system renovations and improvements.
Maintenance metrics may need to be reported to management andcoordination with department managers for monthly inspections isessential.
A valid drivers license is necessary for driving todifferent locations within the Port. The ideal candidatedemonstrates regular attendance punctuality and the ability to workonsite and overtime as needed.
Additionally the ability tomultitask in a fastpaced environment and collaborate effectivelywithin the department is vital.
