Senior Application Engineer
Description
The Senior Applications Engineer, Finance acts as IT owner of several applications and platforms owned by the firm’s Finance team.
These include Elite 3E, Design Gallery, Chrome River, eBillingHub, IntApp Time, Proforma Tracker, Star Collect, integrations
Responsibilities
- IT owner of several enterprise solutions owned by the Finance team;
- Act as the IT liaison for Finance. This will require a sound understanding of law firm finance workflows and needs;
- Work on application implementations, upgrades, enhancements, troubleshooting, and roadmaps;
Proficiencies :
- Possess strong communication, organization, negotiation, critical thinking, and leadership skills as well as exceptional customer service and collaboration abilities;
- Advanced knowledge of multi-tier architecture including servers, databases, proxies, load balancing, trust / access rights, certificates, and integrations;
- Advanced knowledge of Windows Server including IIS, services, scheduled tasks, logging, and configurations;
Qualifications
- At least 2 years’ Foundation experience and equivalent working with CRM solutions
- At least 7 years’ of information technology experience
- At least 5 years’ experience working with and supporting enterprise platforms
- At least 3 years’ of experience in a professional services or legal environment
