Key Responsibilities
Manage calendars, travel, meetings, and logistics for the Executive Team and Board of Directors
Support new hire onboarding logistics and maintain HR compliance documentation
Assist with HR-related inquiries and contribute to HR projects and initiatives
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role
Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
G-Workspace knowledge
Ability to multitask and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
