Responsibilities

• Manage client requests to access and customize Claritev products using EDI and Web Services claims processing workflows.
• Understand client needs and research their current setup and claim processing rules.
• Design efficient solutions, communicate efforts, timelines, risks, and client impacts.
• Implement solutions, validate functionality, and perform client-facing and regression testing.
• Enable client solutions in production, monitor, report, and support turnover to production support.
• Act as liaison between business and technical teams, build relationships, and manage IT deliverables.
• Provide HIPAA-compliant guidance and ensure proper setup of systems supporting file transfers and claims processing.
• Manage and test non-standard client projects, analyze test results, and improve service delivery.
• Support testing for new product rollouts and internal migrations.
• Proactively resolve system issues, analyze client inquiries, and manage requests and incidents.
• Build monitoring requirements, communicate system status, and support ad hoc client requests.
• Implement process improvements, collaborate across teams, and ensure compliance with HIPAA.
• Document operational procedures, share analysis outcomes, and contribute to knowledge repositories.
• Support team goals, train junior members, and assist with deployment activities.

Requirements

Compensation & Benefits

Salary range : $100K-$110K, with health insurance, 401k, bonus, and other benefits such as paid time off, tuition reimbursement, and flexible schedules.
