Compensation : $30-40 / hr based on experience

Job Preferences :
- 2+ years residential installation experience
- Hard working, reliable and efficient within timelines are a must!
- Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
- Amazing customer service skills
- Must pass background check
- EPA Universal License required, NATE Certification preferred
- Strong knowledge of and experience working with ductless & unitary systems
- Experience with Mitsubishi, Bryant and Bosch
- Certificate of completion from a HVAC Technical School
- Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints.
- Familiarity with a wide range of equipment and troubleshooting techniques
- Basic Electrical Skills
- Control wiring knowledge
- Knowledge of proper venting techniques
- Knowledge of refrigeration piping / brazing techniques
- Familiarity with wifi thermostats & controllers
- Knowledge of basic sheet metal practices
- Knowledge of air balancing principles and techniques
- Demonstrate willingness to accept responsibility and leadership roles
