Job descriptionPrevious experience and retail sales and administrative rules properly and eyewear or fashion industry. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency with office software and point of sale systems. A keen eye for detail in a passion for fashion and eyewear. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekend and holidays. Positive attitude and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service. Are you organized, detail, oriented, and passion about our fashion? Market Square optical, a distinguished I wear boutique and Cambridge, mass, is looking for a dedicated sales technician to join our dynamic team.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Greet and assist customers in selecting eyewear that meets their needs and style preferences.
- Process sales transactions, accurately, and efficiently.
- Maintain the boutiques appearance, ensuring it is a clean, organized, and inviting.
- Inventory management, including ordering, stocking, and keeping accurate records.
- Provide exceptional, customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
- Assistant, marketing, and promotional activities, sales and customer engagement.
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and business goals.
