- Answer Phones and Greet Guests
- Order Office Supplies
- Schedule and confirm meetings
- Ensure File Organization based on Office Protocol
- Provide Administrative Support to Colleagues
Qualifications
- Prior Receptionist or Administrative experience in a professional environment
- Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
