Position Overview : The Sr. Recruiting Manager will be responsible for maintaining personal production while leading a team of recruiters to meet branch and company goals. 60% - Personal Production
Source, qualify, and place candidates
- Collaborate with account executives to understand client needs
- Conduct interviews, perform reference checks, and negotiate pay rates
- Manage candidate experience from sourcing through onboarding and redeployment
- Maintain accurate records in Edge (ATS) and ensure compliance with recruiting policies
20-25% - Team Leadership
Drive team performance aligned with branch goalsConduct team meetings and monitor recruiting capacityPartner with leadership to allocate resources and resolve performance issuesLead redeployment efforts and ensure adherence to recruiting processes10-20% - Team Development
Observe recruiter performance and provide coachingIdentify development needs and create growth opportunitiesFoster a diverse and inclusive team environment5% - Personal Development

Position Requirements
Experience : 5+ years in staffing industry recruiting, including 2+ years in a leadership positionSkills : Strong sourcing, interviewing, negotiation, and ATS management skillsLeadership : Proven ability to coach, develop, and lead a high-performing teamKnowledge : Deep understanding of the local talent market and recruiting best practicesValues : Embodies Judge's core valuesEducation : Bachelor's degree preferred, not requiredIdeal Candidate Profile
