8-10+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including executive-level searches
2-4+ years of experience leading a recruiting team in a high-growth startup
Proven success in scaling a company from ~100 to 250+ employees
Experience with technical, non-technical, and executive hiring
Advanced experience with ATS systems like Greenhouse and interview intelligence platforms
