A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their team.
Key Responsibilities
Execute full life cycle recruiting activities, including screening, interviewing, and selection of candidates
Build a pipeline of diverse talent through creative recruitment efforts and manage candidate relationships
Leverage applicant tracking systems to manage requisitions and provide analytical recruiting reports
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Communications, or a related field
Minimum of 3+ years of staffing / recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment
Experience recruiting for Healthcare or health insurance
