About Us : American Dental Companies is a growing doctor owned company and we are currently looking for a Dental Insurance Accounts Receivable Coordinator.

Job Description : The Insurance Accounts Receivable Coordinator tracks insurance payments and appeals to ensure accurate patient ledgers and prompt payments.

Responsibilities :

• Tracking status of insurance payments and appeals.
• Coordinating with the office managers for additional information that insurance requests.
• Ensuring goals are reached. : less than 5% of A / R over 90 days.
• Preparing and update your google drive spreadsheet daily.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements :

Office Hours : Monday-Thursday : 8AM-5PM, Friday : 8AM-3PM
