For our Global Investor Relations and Corporate Communications team, we are seeking a Digital Marketing Manager . In this position you will report directly to the Senior Vice President Investor Relations & Corporate Communications.

Core Areas of Responsibility / Accountability

• Develop and implement holistic digital communications strategy in the areas of marketing, services, internal and external communications.
• Drive brand consistency and coordinate stakeholders to ensure a consistent and engaging user experience and brand expression.
• Further develop and expand overarching web architecture, owning, developing and continuously optimizing digital channels and tools.
• Global project management for all relevant digital applications and websites, while maintaining and coordinating content calendar.
• Strongly contribute to content marketing strategy and generate, review, and publish engaging content that drives conversions.
• Publish update requests for internal stakeholders and proactively manage content updates to ensure information on website is up to date and accurate at all times, including ad hoc relevant information related to investor relations activities.
• Manage digital projects and campaigns; monitor and analyze performance and impact.
• Further develop SEO, SEM, analytics and social media advocacy.
• Consult with and train local entities and internal stakeholders.
• Manage and coordinate external suppliers, ensuring tight implementation and adherence to processes and best practices.
• Serve as central point of contact for all stakeholders and interface between internal and external stakeholder groups.
• Conduct regular progress and success analysis to ensure continuous optimization of all digital platforms and applications as well as relevant systems and tools.
• Observe and identify digital trends and competitive landscape in order to develop recommendations for action and specific measures.
• Manage agencies and partner relationships.

Qualifications

Pay is in the range of $94,000 - $146,851. The position is eligible for a 401(k) match and consideration for an annual bonus. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include, as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, and certifications or other professional licenses held.
