The Digital Rights Administration team is dedicated to monitoring and monetizing content across digital platforms. We are currently seeking talented and motivated individuals with deep knowledge of Latin Urban / Reggaeton and Latin Tropical music to help manage company assets on user-generated content (UGC) platforms, with YouTube as the primary focus. The team’s mission is to maximize value from the rights of our recording artists in the digital space through strategic content claiming and rights management .

Job Functions :

• Develop an in-depth understanding of YouTube’s Content Management System (CMS) and its role in the protection, monetization, and management of music assets on the platform.
• Increase advertising revenue by identifying and claiming User Generated Content (UGC) videos that incorporate company-owned sound recordings.
• Manage, verify, and maintain the accuracy of sound recording-related data within YouTube’s CMS.
• Review videos automatically claimed by YouTube’s Content ID system to ensure the accuracy and legitimacy of ownership claims.
• Monitor and track the use of the company’s music catalog on YouTube, taking appropriate actions against infringing or misused content.
• Identify and report technical or data-related issues encountered within the CMS or internal systems, coordinating with the operations team to develop effective solutions.
• Collaborate with repertoire owners, distributed labels, and third-party partners to ensure proper use of recordings and resolve claim disputes or ownership conflicts .
• Communicate with other rights holders and internal departments to align on content claiming activities and maintain transparent rights management processes.
• Provide detailed reporting and analytics highlighting trends, content performance, and claiming insights from YouTube.
