Key Responsibilities
Manage technical relationships with high-value customers, including Fortune 500 companies
Provide expert guidance on AI / ML and GPU workload architecture and optimization
Drive technical success and identify expansion opportunities across strategic accounts
Required Qualifications
7+ years in a customer-facing technical role supporting enterprise accounts
Experience with large-scale organizations and managing executive-level relationships
Proficient in at least one major cloud platform and familiar with developer-focused platforms
Strong hands-on skills with Linux systems, networking, and automation tools
Understanding of AI / ML infrastructure stacks and optimization of GPU workloads
