We are seeking an exceptional Artificial Intelligence Architect to join the revolution, using deep learning, natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, chatbots, and robotics, to help us improve various business outcomes and drive innovation.
The engineer will join a multidisciplinary team helping to shape our AI strategy and showcasing the potential for AI through early-stage solutions.
Responsibilities include analyzing large datasets, researching novel AI techniques, designing, building and deploying high quality ML / AI solutions.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop innovative solutions and models based on Large Language Models and Natural Language Processing in support of EP's AI strategy.
- Contribute to research and development of current and future AI use cases.
- Collaborate with product owners, engineers and MLOps to develop production ready AI models aligning with EP's product vision.
- Train, validate, and deploy open source models (e.g. LLAMA2, BERT, Falcon) in production, ensuring scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
- Prompt tune pre-trained large language models.
- Collect, analyze, and preprocess large datasets to enhance performance of current and existing AI models.
JOB REQUIREMENTS / QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED
- Currently enrolled in bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Data Science, or relevant field.
- Knowledge of basic algorithms, data structures, and object-oriented programming.
- Strong programming skills in Python and ML frameworks such as PyTorch or Tensorflow.
- Completed coursework in subjects such as machine learning, mathematical statistics, linear algebra, or data mining.
- Familiarity with zero shot training, prompt tuning, RAG, and vector search.
- Familiarity with SQL, NoSQL databases and REST API's.
The hourly rate for this position is $18.50 and will be commensurate with experience related to the position.
