The Opportunity We’re hiring Machine Operator Trainees who are ready to learn a skilled trade.

No prior experience is required - just mechanical aptitude, a team-first attitude, and the desire to grow.

Apply to our Experienced Machine Operator posting. 🕒 Available Shifts 2nd Shift :

• Monday-Friday, 3 PM - 11 PM ($0.75 / hour shift differential) 3rd Shift :  Sunday-Thursday, 11 PM - 7 AM ($3.00 / hour shift differential) What You'll Learn & Do Set up and operate finishing equipment under trainer guidance Perform required quality checks and basic troubleshooting Clean, adjust, and lubricate equipment to keep it running smoothly Protect equipment, company property, and customer materials Accurately complete job tickets and documentation Communicate with supervisors and team members to meet schedules What We're Looking For A positive attitude and a team-first mindset Mechanical aptitude (comfortable working with tools and equipment) Ability to read and use a standard ruler accurately Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions High school diploma or equivalent Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs (with or without reasonable accommodation) Why Join MCD? 100% Employee-Owned (ESOP) : Your work directly contributes to your future.
