Are you passionate about quality, precision, and the manufacturing process? We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Quality Engineer to join our team in the Manufacturing industry.
As a Quality Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest standards of quality control and assurance are met.
This is a permanent position where you will be working closely with production and engineering teams to identify and rectify potential quality risks and implement corrective actions.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement quality control methodologies to enhance the production process.
- Work closely with manufacturing teams to identify potential quality risks and devise preventive strategies.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure adherence to quality standards and regulations.
- Lead root cause analysis of quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Manage the Corrective Action Preventive Action (CAPA) process.
- Monitor and manage key performance indicators related to quality.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 standards.
- Participate in the development and review of process control plans and FMEA's.
- Collaborate with supplier teams to improve product quality and resolve supplier-related issues.
- Train and mentor team members on new quality processes and standards.
- Maintain documentation of quality control activities and actions.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience with plastic injection molding
- Familiarity with SPC, ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and CAPA.
- Strong knowledge of quality assurance methodologies and lean manufacturing principles.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and experience with root cause analysis.
- Strong communication and team management skills.
- Proficient in using quality management software and tools.
- Attention to detail and a strong focus on quality.
