We are searching for a Leader that loves to work with the SENIOR POPULATION. The Center Manager position is direct hire, full-time permanent position in primary care. No weekends or nights! Job Summary :

Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm

Responsible for all operations within a single clinic, ensuring all clinical and administrative operations are effectively executed. Supervise clinical and non-clinical staff, support operational initiatives, and generally ensure the clinic operates smoothly and in a timely manner. Responsible for practice profitability, revenue goals and other metrics

Job Requirements :

Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, Business Administration, or a similar degree

A minimum of 5 years of related work experience in a medical clinic, hospital, or hospitality setting required

A minimum of 3 years supervisory / managerial experience in a medical clinic, hospital setting, or similarly regulated environment required

Strong problem-solving and organization skills
