Senior Project Manager
The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for :
- Lead all phases of project management, including planning, resource allocation, scheduling, budgeting, cost control, quality oversight, contract administration, and safety compliance.
- Align with the Project Lead on goals and execution strategy, maintaining strong communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Direct and support the project team, reviewing performance and resolving challenges to keep the project on track.
- Manage procurement activities, including preparing purchase orders, drafting subcontracts, and administering change orders.
- Monitor financial performance through job cost reports and monthly cost projections (WIP).
- Serve as a primary client contact, fostering strong client relationships and representing the company within the industry to support future business opportunities.
- Review estimates and contract documents to understand project scope and requirements, while staying current on industry practices through professional development.

The Senior Project Manager will have :
Minimum of 8+ years of project management experience, including at least 4+ years overseeing multifamily projects.Proven success managing large-scale industrial, manufacturing, cold storage, or warehouse projects valued at $25M+ or exceeding 250,000 SF.Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering preferred.Experienced in supervising, mentoring, and training project teams.Proficient in Microsoft Office, with working knowledge of Procore preferred.Highly organized with strong attention to detail, quality, and process discipline.Exceptional leadership, communication, analytical, and negotiation skills with the ability to influence and engage across all levels.What's on offer :
