Senior Project Manager

The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for :

• Lead all phases of project management, including planning, resource allocation, scheduling, budgeting, cost control, quality oversight, contract administration, and safety compliance.
• Align with the Project Lead on goals and execution strategy, maintaining strong communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Direct and support the project team, reviewing performance and resolving challenges to keep the project on track.
• Manage procurement activities, including preparing purchase orders, drafting subcontracts, and administering change orders.
• Monitor financial performance through job cost reports and monthly cost projections (WIP).
• Serve as a primary client contact, fostering strong client relationships and representing the company within the industry to support future business opportunities.
• Review estimates and contract documents to understand project scope and requirements, while staying current on industry practices through professional development.
