Reporting to the Senior Director of Solution Architecture, the Solutions Architect (Lead) position is a high-impact subject matter expert who partners with prospects, customers and cross-functional teams to drive adoption of our Atrius Spatial Intelligence software stack, with a focus on the aviation and smart building sectors.

The Solutions Architect leads technical scoping and solution design, aligning our Spatial Intelligence offeringsincluding Indoor Maps & Wayfinding, Indoor Positioning, and related technologieswith client needs across Europe, Middle East and Asia. Working closely with sales, product, engineering, and customer success, this role ensures effective solution integration and deployment. As a change agent, the Solutions Architect will shape scalable models and processes to support business growth and customer acquisition within the region. This is a unique opportunity to help realize our vision of transforming the built environment into smarter, safer, and greener spaces, while contributing directly to new customer acquisition within the defined regional scope.

Experience in mobile app development, SaaS platforms, and a track record in the aviation or smart building sectors is highly desirable. Key Tasks & Responsibilities (Essential Functions)

• Solution Design & Architecture : Architect scalable and sustainable wayfinding and location service solutions, including point-to-point navigation, point-of-interest (POI) search, geolocated notifications, and indoor positioning. Incorporate IoT, mobile, AI-driven analytics, and cloud services to meet customer requirements and deliver measurable outcomes.
• Customer Discovery & Engagement : Earn trusted advisor status by collaborating with clients to understand their technical needs by leading technical discovery sessions, supporting "art of the possible" envisioning workshops and conducting site assessments. Translate operational, accessibility, and sustainability goals into tailored solutions designed to address real-world navigation and location challenges.
• Architecture Blueprints : Deliver comprehensive architecture blueprints that ensure interoperability across the Atrius ecosystem and customer environments. Incorporate considerations for mobile app integration, data privacy, security, and extensibility.
• Mobile App Integration : Guide integration of Atrius Wayfinder into native iOS and Android apps, ensuring performance, responsiveness, and alignment with indoor positioning capabilities.
• Technical Documentation & Proposals : Support RFIs and RFPs with clear, technically accurate content. Produce technical documentation, implementation patterns, and reusable integration assets.
• Integration with Airport & Airline Ecosystems : Collaborate with airports, airlines, and their vendor partners to ensure seamless deployment and long-term success of Atrius location services in complex operational environments.
• Standards & Compliance : Design and recommend solutions that adhere to relevant industry standards and protocols and cybersecurity best practices.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration : Partner with sales, product, engineering, and customer success teams to develop technical offers, aid in client demos, and provide onboarding support. Act as a bridge between customer needs and internal roadmap development by channeling voice-of-customer insights.
• Thought Leadership & Enablement : Represent Atrius at conferences, workshops, and industry events. Lead webinars, technical training sessions, and trade show demos to educate stakeholders and drive solution adoption.
• Continuous Innovation : Stay informed on emerging technologies in SaaS, indoor mapping, smart buildings, and energy management. Continuously evolving solution design approaches to keep Atrius at the forefront of digital wayfinding and location intelligence.
