Key Responsibilities
Build framework and criteria for evaluating new product or distribution partners
Lead the creation and execution of a strategic roadmap for partnership opportunities
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and evaluate distribution, product, or acquisition opportunities
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience in the Worksite industry with strong industry relationships
Deep understanding of worksite benefits products and market dynamics
Strong financial analysis skills and proficiency in market research
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute complex strategic initiatives
8+ years in leadership roles focused on strategic partnerships or business development is ideal
