Speech Language Pathologist - $7,500.00 Sign on Bonus!

Due to our extreme growth within our Clinical Department, we are currently seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to join our Kid SPOT team.

Because our Clinical Team is expanding this will give you the opportunity to grow and the ability to work in a hands-on, entrepreneurial environment.

Location of Center : 1955 N Federal Hwy #253, Pompano Beach, FL 33062

This role is a Contractor Position that has the potential to grow your caseload into a full-time role

Speech Language Pathologist Requirements :

• Florida Speech Language Pathologist License
• Passion for creating change in the lives of children and their families.
• Excellent Written and Oral Communication Skills

A Day in the Life of Our Therapists :

As a Speech Language Pathologist , y ou will provide quality services to a caseload of children from birth to 21 years old.

Our therapists will work with kiddos with a broad spectrum of abilities. This would include setting up equipment, organizing paperwork, and organizing fun activities to help get the most out of your treatments.

Along with completing the following daily tasks :

• Enjoy creative freedom to produce your activities for sessions or utilize materials we already have in place.
• Enjoy meeting with clients and their families while providing updates on progress, goals, and ways to continue progress throughout the week while at home.
• Be encouraged to engage with the Kiddos you treat daily.
• Assist with various responsibilities, like charting and returning calls.
• Complete paperwork and chart notes on your clients.
• Assist with anything your co-workers if they need help. Remember, teamwork makes the dream work!
• Build lasting relationships with your co-workers.
