- 2-3 years minimum experience Residential remodel experience is required
- Experience in multifamily / apartment remodels is preferred
- Experience in PEX and re-pipe is recommended
- Must have your own tools appropriate to position
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be able to pass drug test and background check upon hire
- Must have valid ID's for employment paperwork
- Must be available for work immediately
- Must be able to communicate with project manager
