We are a privately owned dental office seeking to hire a Treatment Coordinator for our solo privately owned dental practice.

Requirements :
- CDT Knowledge
- PPO Dental Insurance Understanding
- A high school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required
Preferred :
- Active RDA license
- Infection Control Training
- CPR / BLS certification
- Experience with CurveHero software is a plus, but we are willing to train.
Responsibilities :
- Proficient in taking radiographs with sensors, and intra-oral scanning with iTero, and we will train you to use CBCT.
- Competent in entering treatment plans into the charting during the examinations.
- Develops and maintains doctor / hygienist schedule to meet practice goals.
- Responsible for scheduling patient appointments, requesting records, and follow-up.
- Manage unscheduled list, asap list, treatment pending list, to ensure patient follow through to meet scheduling goals.
- Educate and consult patients discussing treatment needs and presenting treatment plans.
- Follows office procedures for patient referrals.
- Responds to doctor, patient, and employee concerns and inquiries and seeks assistance when necessary.
- General office duties and other duties as required.
- Efficient, gentle, dependable, and have great chair-side mannerisms.
- Warm and engaging with the ability to build quick rapport.
- An empathetic listener who quickly understands the needs of our discerning patients.

Schedule :
- We utilize an alternating weekly schedule.
- Monday through Thursday 6 : 30am to 3 : 00pm and Friday 6 : 30am to 12 : 00pm.
- Monday through Wednesday 6 : 30am to 3 : 00pm, Thursday 6 : 30am to 6 : 00pm and Friday OFF.
