Location : Remote - based in Minneapolis, MN
Schedule : Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm CST
Description :
This job manages the required member onboarding / enrollment materials creative development and translations with our vendors.
Will be part of C&S Member Materials Strategy Team - 5 team members
Primary Responsibilities
- Ensure that contractual or regulatory requirements are addressed in marketing materials.
- Partner with external agencies for creative and translation needs that adhere to applicable processes / procedures / requirements.
- Coordinate cross-functional updates of required content to ensure accuracy.
- Track and develop best practices and requirements to best support each State's unique needs.
- Update / version creative materials as directed.
- Develop and update current policies, procedures, and job aids as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
- 1-2 years’ experience working in a Project Manager or similar role.
- Ability to assess and interpret customer needs and requirements.
- Ability to manage multiple projects with varying deadlines, ensuring timely delivery.
- Solves moderately complex problems and / or conducts moderately complex analyses.
- Provides explanations and information to others on difficult issues.
Preferred Qualifications
- 3-5 years working in a high-volume role.
- At least one year of experience working in a heavily regulated industry.
Soft skills
- Can gracefully handle lots of details / spinning plates.
- Self-aware, critical thinker, anticipates issues, resourceful.
