Project Coordinator
Kimley-Horn is looking for a Project Coordinator to join our Alpharetta, Georgia office! This is an on-site position.
Responsibilities
- Managing full project cycle for national clients
- Interfacing with clients and municipalities regarding project expectations, schedule, permitting process, etc.
- Coordinating staff and contractors locally and nationally
- Coordinating project submittals to various jurisdictional agencies, Cities, utilities, etc.
- Researching agency requirements
- Create and review Due Diligence reports based on client and city requirements
- Tracking of all tasks and client deliverable documents
- Facilitating client communications (proposals, letters, contracts, transmittals, etc.).
- Preparing weekly trackers or job status communications for clients
- Assisting internal clients with billing and performing invoice reviews
- Creating, proofreading, editing, formatting, and finalizing project-related documents and reports
- Developing best practices for the team to implement to ensure consistency with client deliverables.
Qualifications
3-5+ years of experience coordinating projects for national / corporate clientsBachelor's degree preferredExcellent verbal and written communication skillsHighly proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)Strong proofing, formatting and editing skillsPositive, client-oriented, take-charge attitudeHighly organized and detail-orientedCapable of managing and balancing multiple tasks / priorities and performing well under deadline pressureAbility to work well with various types of people and in a team environmentWhy Kimley-Horn?
