Responsibilities :

  • Handles most human resources activities from a branch location.
  • Administers policies and programs in the areas of equal employment opportunity, employment,

compensation and employee relations.

  • Conducts new employee orientation.
  • Delivers any needed paperwork to corporate HR.
  • Enforces company"s policies and procedures.
  • Handles employee relations investigations and disciplinary action.
  • Coordinates the hiring and termination process with corporate as well as conducting exit interviews.
  • Recommends new approaches, policies, and procedures to effect continual improvements in

efficiency of department and services performed.

  • Collecting statements
  • Identifying potential witnesses to interview
  • Completing investigative reports
  • Making recommendations for corrective action
  • Needs limited supervision; flexible with scheduling

Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3-5 years related experience
  • Experience with onboarding (everything inclusive with onboarding to include background / drug screen) and orientation process
  • Able to address day to day HR related questions regarding benefits, personnel actions (promotions, demotions, terminations, etc ) and progressive discipline
  • Ability to explain interpret and explain policies.
  • Ability to communication with employees, supervisors at various levels verbally and in writing
  • Knowledge of investigations - addressing complaints (Employee Relations)
  • Spanish speaking a plus but not required.

Responsabilidades :

  • Maneja la mayoría de las actividades de recursos humanos desde una sucursal.
  • Administra políticas y programas en las áreas de igualdad de oportunidades de empleo, empleo,

compensación y relaciones con los empleados.

  • Realiza orientación para nuevos empleados.
  • Entrega cualquier documentación necesaria a Recursos Humanos corporativos.
  • Hace cumplir las políticas y procedimientos de la empresa.
  • Maneja investigaciones de relaciones con los empleados y medidas disciplinarias.
  • Coordina el proceso de contratación y despido con el corporativo así como también realiza entrevistas de salida.
  • Recomienda nuevos enfoques, políticas y procedimientos para lograr mejoras continuas en

eficiencia del departamento y servicios realizados.

  • Recopilación de declaraciones
  • Identificación de posibles testigos para entrevistar.
  • Completar informes de investigación.
  • Hacer recomendaciones para acciones correctivas.
  • Necesita supervisión limitada; flexible con la programación

Requisitos :

  • Licenciatura
  • 3-5 años de experiencia relacionada
  • Experiencia con la incorporación (todo incluido con la incorporación para incluir antecedentes / pantalla de drogas) y proceso de orientación.
  • Capaz de abordar preguntas diarias relacionadas con recursos humanos con respecto a beneficios, acciones del personal (ascensos, descensos de categoría, despidos, etc.) y disciplina progresiva.
  • Capacidad para explicar, interpretar y explicar políticas.
  • Capacidad de comunicación con empleados, supervisores en varios niveles verbalmente y por escrito.
  • Conocimiento de investigaciones - atención de quejas (Relaciones con los Empleados)
  • Hablar español es una ventaja, pero no es obligatorio.
